Our Staff

Sharon RoseSharon Rose, B.A.Ed., is the owner, director, and head teacher of Rose Blossom Nursery School. Sharon has a California teaching certificate qualifying her to supervise both preschool and school-age after school programs, and a California multiple-subject teaching certificate for ages preschool through adult education. Sharon has studied Nonviolent Communication with Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D., and uses this training as a foundation for conflict resolution and classroom management at Rose Blossom School. Sharon has taught a wide range of subjects to both children and adults for almost thirty years, in both the public and private sectors. Sharon provides a consistent and caring social and academic environment, and brings to Rose Blossom School the creative arts of music, singing, creative drama, and storytelling.

Kathleen BeaulieuKathleen Beaulieu, known as Teacher Kat at Rose Blossom School, has an A. S. degree in Early Childhood Education from Cabrillo College. She graduated with high honors and an honorable mention, and earned specialization certificates in Curriculum Planning and Working with Culturally Diverse Families. Kat also has a background in art, and gracefully combines her flair for art, and her appreciation for children and young children's art, in her position as art teacher at Rose Blossom School.
